J MADISON SPA PARTY POLICIES:
We recommend that you book your appointments as far out as possible to guarantee availability on the day and at the time that works best for your group. Please assign one person to be the coordinator for your group. A signed and completed group contract is needed before the holding of any spots or booking of appointments.
Late additions or changes to services will be considered but cannot be guaranteed once the appointment schedule has been filled due to the limited space and time constraints.
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your J Madison Spa Party. The spa party guests are responsible for serving and setting up refreshments and clean up, no kitchen services are available. All food must be prepared in advance. You can bring in outside alcohol with you for those 21 years and older.
Apparel: We recommend comfy clothes or clothing you can change in and out of easily. Lockers and robes will be available to those who need them. When having a pedicure service, please wear bottoms that can easily be rolled up. Please bring a pair of sandals so your polish does not get smudged.
BOOKING YOUR SPA PARTY:
We require a fully executed contract at the time of booking.
50% of the estimated cost of services and gratuity is due upon contract signing, as well as a credit card number to hold appointments. The remaining balance due is required 30 days prior to your services.
There may be a final balance at check out the day of service due to the addition of services, upgrades, or changes to appointments etc. Any remaining balance must be paid by your group coordinator and will be charged to the card on file if not paid by other means.
We accept cash, credit cards, and J Madison Spa gift cards. Spa Week, Spa Finder and any other discount gift cards will NOT be accepted as payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: 21 days’ notice prior to your scheduled day is required to cancel part or all your contracted appointments. No refunds thereafter.
SPA PARTY ARRIVALS
Please ensure your entire party arrives 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointments to allow time to check in and so everyone can begin their services on time. Late arrivals will result in the time being adjusted for the appointments, downgrading on services or cancellations of appointments so as to keep the providers running on schedule.
GRATUITIES
It is recommended a gratuity of % be added on to the total amount of your J Madison Spa party bill. Please consider this gratuity percentage when deciding on the final totals of your spa party treatments.
